Begin 2023 with a grounded body, calm mind, and grateful heart! This all-levels gentle yoga and meditation practice will nurture and enliven our intentions for the New Year.

Event Details

Let us gather as a community to ease into the New Year gently, with great presence and care, setting intentions to nurture more peace and kindness in our inner and outer worlds.

In this Online practice of gentle Somatic Yoga and Meditation, we will take time to pause, reflect, and tend to our bodies and minds, setting a tone of inner harmony and vibrancy that will guide us into the year ahead.

This is an all-levels practice. All you will need is a yoga or exercise mat, pillow or cushion, blanket, and maybe a journal. The practice will be recorded and shared with all registrants so you can dip back in anytime you like!

Register: A donation of $15-$30 is suggested, however, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Class is from 12:00pm-1:30pm PST via Zoom. A Zoom link will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to the beginning of class. More details at www.awakenedrecovery.com/new-years-class

Facilitator: Chelsea Rappel is Yoga Therapist and Somatic Counselor in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Chelsea specializes in weaving together the ancient wisdom practices of yoga and meditation with the latest in modern neuroscience research and a healthy dose of humor and playfulness.
