Hello! I'm so glad to announce that after a 2-year hiatus because of the pandemic we are bringing back the 5th Annual Black Father's Day Walk brought to you by J. Dennis Fitness! This event is near and dear to my heart because it puts black fathers in a positive light. Also, as a personal trainer and gym owner, I love to incorporate health and wellness in everything I do. Thus, the walk around Lake Merritt. We will do 1 single lap around the Lake with our kids. So if you have toddlers or babies, bring those strollers, wagons, and carriers. If your kids are old enough to walk with you, let's get out and have a great time celebrating black fathers. FYI everyone is welcome!
