Our goal is to bring fresh California ingredients and flavors and introduce them to our southeast Asian recipes, for a unique and satisfying result. We use fresh ingredients, and organic vegetables, fruit, meats and seafood whenever possible; our beef is the highest quality free-range flank steak, and our duck is breast-only free-range that we roast ourselves.
