Executive Chef Jim Wimborough hand selects Zut!’s produce, meat, fish and poultry exclusively from local sustainable farms. Signature dishes include fresh Monterey squid stuffed with savory chorizo, crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon, sautéed mussels served in a tomato based crème fraiche sauce, and a Meze platter with house-made pita.
