We use local produce, and work with in-state and sustainably-minded producers whenever possible to make sure that the food we serve to you is food we are proud to eat and feed our own families. We serve the dirty dozen vegetables organic whenever possible, and avoid GMO food ingredients. There is no hidden corn syrup or added sugar in any of our food. Given all of this, you can trust that the food we feed you is the real thing.
