The Blue Collar Beer Tour | Visit Breweries in Alameda and San Leandro (Father's Day Edition)
No hard hats required for this tour, but be ready for strong and well-constructed beer flavors. These brewers are brave and hard at work producing some of the most popular craft beers in the country. There are seemingly infinite options for every kind of palette.
This tour showcases some of the Bay Area's larger breweries with awesome West Coast style IPA's as well as some delicious barrel-aged beers.
SPECIAL FATHER'S DAY EDITION:
For those craft beer loving dad's, this tour will include a beer glass, a tote bag, and a pretzel necklace.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will be greeted by your friendly guide at the designated meeting location. After making sure everyone is present and has proper ID, you will all board safe and comfortable transportation. While on board you may enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages. ??
Travel to the only malt house in California (right here in the Bay Area) to witness the tradition of malting locally grown barley for the production of craft beer. After the tour of the malt house, enjoy a pint of beer made using the same malted barley. Next visit 2 local microbreweries where you will enjoy beer flights that give you the best opportunity to taste a variety of beer styles at each brewery. The best part is you don't have to wait in line for your beer. Your guide will happily help you make your beer picks and bring them to you! ??
We will go behind the scenes and learn how beer is made and about the quality ingredients that make it taste so good! Have more beer questions? Your guide is a certified Cicerone and ready to share beer knowledge with you.??
If you get hungry you can grab lunch at one of the food trucks outside the breweries. They are there waiting to serve you anything from nachos to sausages. All go great with a craft beer!??
